W. D. Snodgrass passed away at his home in Erieville, NY on Tuesday, January13, 2009 at the age of 83. A longtime contributor and friend to NYQ, De has been the only poet to be interviewed twice, once in NYQ 18 and again in NYQ 61. His complete obituary can be found in the New York Times.
