The New York Quarterly Foundation, Inc. ("NYQ", "we", "us", or "our") has prepared this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain our practices and the choices you have with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of any information collected during your visit to our web sites, nyqfoundation.org, nyquarterly.org, nyqbooks.org, poetscraft.com, nyqpoets.net, nyqreadingseries.com, and poetryis.org (collectively and individually, the "Web Site"). This Privacy Policy covers only information collected by us at the Web Sites and does not cover any information collected by us offline.

We may grant access to non-public areas of the NYQPoets.net Web site to individuals whose writing, artwork or other materials have been published in the New York Quarterly magazine, and other individuals as we may designate from time to time, if such individuals have successfully completed our online registration process and have agreed to certain terms and conditions (each a "member"). We may use personal information of members as provided in this Privacy Policy.
When you provide us with information about you, we may use such information to notify you of promotions and special events and provide you with other information that may be of interest to you, such as through our e-mail newsletter.
